In my last post "Demo Scripts vs Storyboards" I talked about creating storyboards for demonstrations.  After thinking about the format of the storyboards, I thought that a better way to plan out the scenes of the demonstration would be to put each of the storyboard elements on an index card.

This has a couple of benefits in that you can easily re-arrange the demonstration elements to match the customer requirements, and also it gives you a stack of demo memes that others can pick up if neccessary.

The following attachment is my storyboard format.  To print out your own sheets, just pick up a stack of 4x6 index cards from OfficeMax (or where-ever you get your office supplies from) and start storyboarding.
