Let me let you in on a secret... If you put ten software demonstrators in the same room and ask them to show the same feature or method to perform a task, then chances are you will get ten different demonstrations. And this is with the same product. Most software is flexible enough to provide a number of different ways to achieve the same result.
That's not to say that any of them are wrong, or that any of them are invalid - it just depends on how you as a user what to operate the system.
As an example, my wife hates it when she asks me to show her how to do something in Word, Photoshop, etc. because I am a shortcutter - I learn shortcut keys and use them as often as I can. She on the other hand is a clicker and would rather go to the menus and select the options. When she wants to resize a photo, I tell her CTRL-SHIFT-S, and it drives her mad.
We try in demonstrations to show the way that we've interpreted that people want to use the product. With 10-20 people in a room though - chances are that we won't satisfy everyone. If we tried to show every different combination and permutation of how you can perform a task, then you would be confused, and it would take hours to show one point - probably out of a hundred plus.
Also, after the sale, when the implementation group come in and start setting up the system - they may set it up differently. Please don't get mad - it still achieves the same results. Again, I'm not saying that one way is different from another - it's just another approach - although the implementation consultants do this all the time, and I would err on their judgement.

I think for finding video or musics you must use special search engines. Rapidshare Search Engine ( rapidqueen.com ) is important to make searching in rapidshare easy and comfortable.
